Terms of Service

These terms apply when you enrol with ConceptClarity (run by Preethi M and Rohit Bathija, India). Booking the free demo does not commit you to anything.
Classes
- Online 1-on-1 classes for Grades 9–12 (CBSE, ICSE/ISC, Cambridge IGCSE/A Level), usually two classes per subject per week, from mid-April until the final or board exam, with intensive coaching in January–February.
- Class days and times are agreed with you. The sample schedule on this website is for illustration only.
- Regular attendance is expected; health-related absences are fully understood. There is no compensation for classes cancelled from either side. No classes on major festivals and government holidays. Extra classes may be arranged when needed and are communicated in advance.
Fees and payment
- Fees are per subject for the full academic year, not per class. The exact fee is confirmed in writing at enrolment.
- Pay per term (due 1st April, 1st July and 1st November) or the full year upfront by 1st April (5% off). The second subject onward, for the same child or siblings, is 10% off.
- Payment is in Indian Rupees (INR) by UPI/GPay or bank transfer. Prices shown in other currencies are approximate.
- Refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Your responsibilities
- A stable internet connection, a suitable device, and the student on time for class.
- Respectful behaviour from students and parents, as set out in our Child Safety & Online Conduct Policy.
Teaching materials
Notes, worksheets, question papers and mind maps are for the enrolled student's personal use only and may not be shared, sold or published.
Results
Past students' results show what is possible but are not a guarantee. Marks depend on many things, including the student's own effort.
Limits and changes
Our total responsibility to you is limited to the fees you have paid for the current year. We may update these terms; changes will not affect fees already paid. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
