How is the fee calculated? Is it per class?

The fee is not per class. It is a programme fee covering the full academic year — from April 2027 until your child's board/final exam in 2028. It is based on a minimum of approximately 87 classes per subject (2 classes/week over 10 months), and covers all coaching, chapter tests, and full paper tests. You can pay in 3 term instalments, or pay the full year upfront and save 5%. A typical fee is about ₹1,80,000 per subject per year; the exact fee depends on grade — message us on WhatsApp and we will share yours.
My child is in the Middle East. Can they still join?

Yes, absolutely. All classes are fully online. We have students from UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain and beyond. Class timings are agreed flexibly to accommodate Gulf/Middle East time zones alongside the teacher's schedule in India (IST).
Which boards do you cover — CBSE, ICSE or IGCSE?

We teach all three — CBSE, ICSE, and IGCSE. The syllabus is tailored to the student's specific board and school curriculum. Please mention your board when registering so we can align the session plan accordingly.
What is the free demo class? Is there any catch?
+
No catch at all. Every student who registers gets one free one-on-one class before any payment is made. The demo is taught by the same teacher who will coach your child through the year. You experience our teaching style first-hand and then decide — with zero obligation to continue.
Can my child join mid-year, say in July or October?
+
Mid-year joins are possible subject to availability, but we strongly recommend starting in April from the beginning of the academic year. Our classes build progressively — each topic connects to the next. Joining mid-year means catching up, which takes extra time and may affect the depth of understanding we can achieve. One past student specifically noted in feedback that joining later in the year limited their benefit.
What if my child misses a class?

Tell us at least 24 hours ahead and we will reschedule the class. If your child is unwell, just let us know any time — health comes first. Other classes missed without notice count as taken. If we ever cancel a class, we always make it up. Regular attendance is still the key to getting the full benefit.
Is the fee refundable if we need to stop?
+
Yes. If you stop within the first 2 weeks of classes, we refund everything you have paid. After that, just give us 30 days' notice; any fees paid for the period after the notice ends are refunded pro-rata. If we ever end the classes ourselves, you get a full refund for every class not yet taught.
Will school homework and assignments be done in class?
+
No. Class time is dedicated to conceptual teaching, not school homework. However, if your child has doubts about a school assignment or needs guidance on a topic from school, that can be addressed within the class. Tests are also conducted separately from regular class days at a mutually agreed time.
How slow or fast do the classes progress?
+
Our classes are deliberately paced for understanding, not speed. We do not rush through portions to finish the syllabus faster. Each concept is taught until the student genuinely understands it — with examples, questions, and re-explanation if needed. This is non-negotiable. Parents who prefer a faster pace to "finish portions quickly" may find our approach different from conventional coaching.
How are tests conducted? When and how often?

Tests are of two kinds: chapter-wise tests (after completing every 2 topics) and full paper tests (once per term). Tests are never held during regular class slots — the student chooses a separate convenient time by mutual agreement. All corrections and detailed feedback are given in the next regular class. The final 2 months (Jan–Feb) are dedicated entirely to intensive coaching and full paper practice.
Can my child take more than one subject?

Yes. Fees are charged per subject, so you may enrol for one, two, or more subjects — and you get 10% off the second subject onward. The same discount applies to siblings. Preethi M teaches Chemistry, Biology and Grade 9–10 Physics; Rohit Bathija teaches Grade 11–12 Physics and Mathematics. Each subject has its own schedule.
How do I pay? Is GPay available from abroad?

Payment is accepted via GPay/UPI or bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS) to an Indian bank account. NRI parents typically use NEFT/RTGS (international wire to Indian account) or can use GPay if they have access to an Indian UPI-linked account. We confirm the exact amount in Indian Rupees (INR) when you enrol. Term fees are due on 1st April, 1st July and 1st November; the full-year fee is due by 1st April. Please confirm your preferred payment mode when registering.
What platform are classes conducted on?

Classes are conducted online via a mutually agreed video platform (Zoom or similar). A stable internet connection and a device with a screen large enough to share and view materials is recommended. Technical requirements will be discussed during the demo class or onboarding call.
