Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal information ConceptClarity (run by Preethi M and Rohit Bathija, India) collects, why, and how we protect it. We follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect
- Enquiry details you send us on WhatsApp (including through the form on this website): parent and student name, grade, board, subjects, country/city, WhatsApp number and any notes. The form itself does not store anything — it only prepares a WhatsApp message that you choose to send.
- Class records once enrolled: attendance, test marks, progress notes and payment records.
- Free resource accounts: your name, email, and (if you choose) WhatsApp number and country, plus the papers you request. Used only to confirm your email, send your papers and apply the one-free-paper-a-month limit.
- Website visit statistics from Cloudflare Web Analytics: page views and country, counted in total. It uses no cookies and does not identify you.
What we do not do
- We never record classes (video or audio).
- We never sell or rent your information, and never use it for advertising.
- We do not collect information directly from children; details are provided by a parent or guardian.
Why we use it
Only to reply to your enquiry, arrange the free demo, run classes and tests, share progress with parents, and manage fees and receipts.
Who else handles it
Only the services needed to run our classes and free resources: WhatsApp (messages), the video platform used for classes (such as Zoom or Google Meet), your bank or UPI app (payments), Cloudflare (website hosting and the free-resource account database) and Resend (sending sign-in codes and requested papers). Each follows its own privacy terms.
How long we keep it
We keep student details for 3 years after classes stop, and free resource accounts for 3 years after the last request, then delete them. Payment records are kept for as long as Indian tax law requires.
Your rights
