Child Safety & Online Conduct Policy

Most of our students are under 18. These rules keep every online class safe, transparent and focused on learning.

How classes are run

• Classes are online, 1-on-1, on a video platform agreed with the parent. Parents are always welcome to sit in or check in during any class.
• Classes are never recorded.
• Students join from a shared or open area at home where possible, dressed as they would be for school.
• Teachers join from a quiet, professional setting.

Communication

• All class communication — timings, tests, progress — goes through the parent's WhatsApp number or the parent WhatsApp group.
• Teachers do not message students privately, do not connect with students on personal social media, and do not meet students outside class.
• Students should not share personal details or photos in class beyond what the lesson needs.

Our teachers will

• Be patient, respectful and encouraging, and never use harsh or humiliating language.
• Tell parents promptly about any concern regarding the student's wellbeing.

We ask students to

• Join on time, stay focused, and treat the teacher with respect.
• Not record, screenshot or share the class or the teacher's image.

If you are worried about anything in a class, contact us on WhatsApp +91 97918 47915 or email hello@conceptclarity.org. We take every concern seriously, reply within 48 hours, and keep it confidential. Serious misconduct by anyone may lead to classes being stopped.
